Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects. You will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the customers.

Job Duties :

  • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
  • Collaborate with account managers to obtain knowledge of the client's requirements
  • Motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters, etc. to help them use their talents effectively.
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas, concepts, event flow, activation, campaigns, and cycle meeting.
  • Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; recommending changes to art, copywriting, and production departments.
  • Revise the content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
  • Organize and establish regular checkpoints with all team members including graphic designers and copywriters for each project.
  • Handle TCs related to on and offshore projects.
  • Brief account managers with ideas and directions to be discussed with clients.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative direction.
  • Years of experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the messaging platform to overseeing production on time and budget.
  • Understanding and past experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines.
  • Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Relevant education or training.
  • Preferably residents of 6th of October or nearby areas.
