Job Description

  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate company goals.
  • Ensures participation of sales personnel in the formulation and implementation of Area strategy and processes.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Maintains and increases revenue for existing and targeting accounts through managing the entire sales cycle
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs and discount rates.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
  • Directs channel development activity (e.g. pharmacies, tenders & other institutions) and coordinates sales distribution
  • Creates and delivers innovative sell in, out and thorough strategies necessary to meet competitive and financial goals and challenges.
  • Ensures proper assignment of sales territories to sales representatives.
  • Evaluates and analyzes individual product line performance, advising on promotion effectiveness, pricing, price movements, competitor activities, quality, distribution channels, etc.
  • Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Reviews all customer contact activities in every area to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Set the Area annual marketing plan product marketing plan formulation by providing market information, feedback, ideas and promotional activity suggestions.
  • Develop and implement the area annual sales plan and the overall activities of the sales force reporters in his area that assures fulfillment of the marketing/promotional objectives.
  • Plan standards of work performance and conduct, in line with the company marketing objectives. In particular, sets workload objectives for each representative reporting to him.
  • Assist in Area’s budget setting, emphasize sales objectives and expenditures.
  • Set area the Area annual marketing plan product marketing plan formulation by providing market information, feedback, ideas and promotional activity suggestions.
  • Plan for the general skills development and promo ability of the district managers and representatives reporting to him.
  • Conduct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly to all the subordinates in his/her area.
  • Maintain and increase revenue from existing and targeting accounts through managing the entire sales cycle, including, but not limited to, prospecting price increases, bids, and contract renewals
  • Assign specific short-term and long- term sales objectives in order to surpass target.
  • Direct the activities of the representatives through frequent field visits, sales meeting and written communication.
  • Motivate and develop district managers and representatives in his/her area through frequent field visits, sales meeting and written communication.
  • Assure that his direct reporters are carrying out their administrative responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with the distribution department to insure prompt delivery of sales commitments as well as efficient contentment of market demands.
  • Analyze and controls expenditures of the area to conform to budgetary requirements
  • Handle misunderstandings promptly and fairly with the scope of his authority and practices of the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, in order to create positive impact on company image and business goals.
  • Demonstrate by his own performance and to encourage his associates, those professional and personal behaviors that in line with the traditions, the integrity and policies of the company.
  • Assure fulfillment of the cycle marketing/sales objectives within the total area and throughout each territory.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in pharmacy, science or veterinary ,medicine
  • Five years of experience at least Two of them as Business unit
  • Must be capable of thinking through complex issues analytically and solves complex business situations.
  • Demonstrated experience in working at all levels, maintaining relationships with key accounts to drive business.
  • Ability to work well through others.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
