Job Description
- Check & Follow up of all production manufacturing steps (weighing of raw materials, preparation, filling& packaging).
- Carrying out the physical examinations during the manufacturing steps and finish product.
- Follow up the packaging of the finish product.
- Preparing the standard operating procedures SOPs under supervision of IPC supervisor and section head.
- Supervise the implementation of GMP during manufacturing steps
- Follow up sheets of the physical examinations during manufacturing steps.
- Follow up sheets of examination of washing of production equipment.
- Perform sampling process for stability studies
- Perform sampling process for finished products retained samples and arrangement it in retained samples room
- Perform sampling process for all manufacturing and packaging steps according to sampling plan for analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy/ Science
- 3 Yrs exp. In IPC activities &
- QA as general
