Job Description
- Collection of data of products under PQR studies from batch records, analysis certificates, stability studies & validation reports to be handled in product quality review.
- Trending analysis of data raised from each PQR & review control charts.
- Tracking of all approved CAPAs and communicates them to all concerned parties.
- Follow-up of CAPA plans implementation and effectiveness.
- Track all deviations.
- Management of deviations, participate in investigation & Follow up of CAPA
- Creation and update of a plan for quality risk management.
- Ensure that all potential and existing quality risks are tracked.
- Conduction of quality risk Management reports in coordination with other departments.
- Track all changes.
- Handling and reporting change control request to be evaluated by compliance section head.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy/ Science
- 2 Yrs exp. In QA -
- Computer & English
