Job Description

Main Job Duties:

    • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
    • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
    • Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
    • Day to day follow up the process and product audits.
    • Food quality assurance manager inspect facilities/stores for compliance with standards, determining methods to resolve any issues that arise.
    • Review customer feedback and respond to any complaints.
    • Prepare monthly reports on food quality status to relay to owners and upper-level management and may keep records of all tests and inspections that have been conducted.
    • Follow up the corrective actions implementation and Schedules and documents the management review meetings.
    • Take share in Supplier Auditing Process.
    • Search with the Plant Team for the opportunities for Improvement.
    • Investigate root Cause of the Customer Complaints and handle it.
    • Investigate the root cause for any accidents and recommends the proper corrective actions.
    • Develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by third-party inspectors.
    • Train quality assurance employees and oversee manufacturing and production processes. evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
    • Monitor risk management activities.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelors degree preferred
    • Males Only
    • Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, quality inspection, auditing and testing experience.
    • Experience with implementation of corrective action programs product or industry-specific experience.
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases
    • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
    • Problem analysis and problem solving
    • Decision-making skills
    • Customer service orientation
