Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
- Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
- Day to day follow up the process and product audits.
- Food quality assurance manager inspect facilities/stores for compliance with standards, determining methods to resolve any issues that arise.
- Review customer feedback and respond to any complaints.
- Prepare monthly reports on food quality status to relay to owners and upper-level management and may keep records of all tests and inspections that have been conducted.
- Follow up the corrective actions implementation and Schedules and documents the management review meetings.
- Take share in Supplier Auditing Process.
- Search with the Plant Team for the opportunities for Improvement.
- Investigate root Cause of the Customer Complaints and handle it.
- Investigate the root cause for any accidents and recommends the proper corrective actions.
- Develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by third-party inspectors.
- Train quality assurance employees and oversee manufacturing and production processes. evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Monitor risk management activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Males Only
- Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, quality inspection, auditing and testing experience.
- Experience with implementation of corrective action programs product or industry-specific experience.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
