Job Description
- Monitor the performance of shipping and clearance companies and work on classifying and approving them in addition to strengthening relations with approved domestic and external shipping and clearance companies.
- Track daily operations related to own jobs ensuring continuity of work.
- Developing shipping and distribution plans as per sales orders, incoming shipment and relevant priorities and choosing optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment and frequency.
- Analyze all aspects of logistics to determine the most cost-effective means of transporting products.
- Prepare and follow up customs duty documentation requirements, such as permissions and exemptions, as well as obtaining all required approvals from the local authority on time.
- Ensure compliance with the inbound/outbound order planning process, and guarantee the yearly renewal of all Customs related paperwork and licenses.
