Job Description
- Check out the Store Opening/Closing procedures on a daily basis to make sure that all store.
- Check out the store’s Stock Room, cash area to ensure that it’s up to standards all the time. –
- Ensure that Stock damage is in a safe area and packed all time.
- Ensure that Fitting Rooms are always up to standards where clear items, – Standards
- Make sure that all Exchange and return processes are up to the company’s policy& procedures.
- Monitor all daily sales and cash deposit.
- Overseeing all customer refunds, cash audit report, health& safety environment to make sure that the stores are always up to standards in such areas.
- Submit all kind of reports related to stock movement, discrepancy, IBT, delivery, inventory analysis.
Job Requirements
- Working surveillance camera controls
- Using observational skills to watch for shoplifters
- Monitoring alarm systems
- Managing safety and loss prevention control meetings
- Conducting safety and loss prevention audits
- Recognizing unsafe working environments
- Understanding safety processes and procedures MS Office or Windows-based software required.
- Provide strong customer service
- Ability to respond well to emergency situations
- Train other employees in loss prevention methods
