Job Description
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Prepare and send sales KPI/follow up reports for the distributed SKU`s targets Vs. achieved.
- Prepare and create analysis reports for the customers & vehicle’s vehicle’s performance.
- Follow Ordering cycle with clients regarding (placing orders, follow up the delivery, returns, promotion bundles……)
- Follow up our internal promotions regarding (quantities, achieved, the rest quantities)
- Support the Area Sales Manager for preparing the monthly sales incentives.
- Prepare and support us on performing the commercial contracts and follow up with the legal affairs the BS contracts.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant.
- Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills.
