Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system
  • Prepare and send sales KPI/follow up reports for the distributed SKU`s targets Vs. achieved.
  • Prepare and create analysis reports for the customers & vehicle’s vehicle’s performance.
  • Follow Ordering cycle with clients regarding (placing orders, follow up the delivery, returns, promotion bundles……)
  • Follow up our internal promotions regarding (quantities, achieved, the rest quantities)
  • Support the Area Sales Manager for preparing the monthly sales incentives.
  • Prepare and support us on performing the commercial contracts and follow up with the legal affairs the BS contracts.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant.
  • Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills.
