THE ROLE

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. You will work under the supervision and guidance of our Technical Recruitment Lead, as a Senior Technical Recruiter based in our Cairo Office in Heliopolis. This position is technically focused and you will need to make sure that targets are met and that our projects are moving in the right direction. You will show a deep understanding of the company policies and maintain work standards. We are looking for an experienced, strong-willed and organized individual, bursting with ideas and enthusiasm, to help produce engaging and attractive candidates, to grow and develop Vezeeta, and assist in our community awareness growth. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the health-tech industry.

Responsibilities Include:

• Source and assess top talent candidates using a variety of outlets such as job postings, social media and technical databases.
• Perform the initial screening of candidates and schedule all interviews with all stakeholders involved.
• Work closely with hiring managers to manage the requirements and expectations for the open vacancies.
• Responsible for guiding hiring managers and candidates through Vezeeta’s selection process.
• Develop and sustain a strong working relationship with all stakeholders.
• Record all material and data used for recruitment, including notes and market rates. Manage all candidates through workable (ATS).
• Provide timely and accurate data to maintain recruiting metrics.
• Develop and manage a qualified pool of technical candidates for a variety of roles, developing a relationship with prospective talent.
• Leverage Vezeeta’s candidate experience by maintaining relationships with candidates at all stages of the recruitment cycle.
• Recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent and competitive recruiting techniques to stay competitive.
• Develop effective and timely communication approaches that include; actively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas, thoughts, verbally and/or in written form.
• Facilitate a smooth on-boarding process for new employees, administrating and submitting all hiring paperwork for new joiners.
