Job Description

  • Act as a focal point between school manager, students and teachers
  • Responsible to market and promote the school and the school programs and achieving the maximum number of students per workshop
  • Maintaining a long-term relationship with students and promoting school’s programs with them by improving customer loyalty as he/she will be responsible for analyzing the students we have and providing different ways to retain them
  • Responsible for answering applicants inquiry emails, phone calls, social media inquiries to promote for the school and school programs
  • Responsible for the school’s newsletters
  • Arrange with teachers and school manager the schedule of workshops, making sure that proposed timings/dates/content is convenient
  • Taking part of the marketing meetings and coming up with different ideas to market for the school
  • Assist marketing consultant with social media & website posts and uploads
  • Tracking and analyzing workshops performance and number of students participating
  • Responsible for registration of students for school’s programs and ensuring that tuition fees are properly paid as well as feedback forms after each workshop
  • Manage purchase requests for tools & materials from teachers and delegating to studio technician to proceed with purchase once approved by school manager
  • Managing the inventory of office supplies, ordering additional supplies as needed and ensuring that costs are appropriately managed
  • Sending a weekly report to school management including petit cash spending, school expenses and cash inflows including necessary documentation for the inflows & outflows
  • Attending periodical finance meetings to review cash flow of school
  • Liaising with visiting artists logistics for trips to Cairo: booking tickets, airport pickups, requirements of tools & materials necessary for the workshop/course
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
