Job Description
- Coordinating and developing of the civil works,suggesting opportunities and setting future plans for deployment.
- Looking for new opportunities to develop business and investments.
- Participating in the processes of organizing agreements or contracts for new investments.
- Setting the project work schedule according to the project implementation period.
- Survey engineering quantities for items from paintings.
- Analyzing the prices of items and pricing the indexation.
- Preparing all the tenders necessary documents.
- Submitting the engineering drawings approved by the project consultant and distribute them to different departments (Implementation Management - Purchasing Department - Planning and Follow-up Department - Project Management
- Matching the architectural panels with structure panels and electromechanical treatments.
- Making the necessary arrangements on the drawings and returning them to the consultant for review and approval.
- Adjusting prices and submitting financial claims for the project.
- Preparing owner extracts and subcontractors extracts.
- Preparing all project reports.
Job Requirements
- Must be a civil engineering graduate.
- Must be from 6th of October or sheikh Zayed.
- Has a very good communication & presentation skills.
- Very Presentable.
- Very good or fluent in English.
