Job Description
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region.
- Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
- Managing and understanding customers’ requirements.
- Addressing customers need and tailoring offers to suit these needs.
- Calculating client quotations.
- Negotiating contract terms and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions.
- Offering after-sales support services.
- Administering client accounts.
- Analyzing costs and sales.
- Preparing reports for head office.
- Meeting regular sales targets.
- Recording and maintaining client contact data.
- Coordinating sales projects.
- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and any other marketing events.
- Delivering technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Follow-up with internal and external contacts in a timely manner.
- Perform sales-related duties as directed and accurately communicate sales and project execution efforts to Location Manager, Operations, and Administrative Teams in a timely manner.
- Ensure engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness, and performance are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering is a must.
- Preferably HVAC knowledge.
- Any related HVAC certificate is a plus.
- Experience in the sales sector is a plus.
- Experience from 2-3 years.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Presentable.
- Ability to build rapport easily.
- Ability to achieve targets & work with a specific time-frame
