Job Description
- Prepare the mobile lines sheets and invoices
- Work in monthly variables by calculation the correct amount for over time deductions etc., that effects the monthly salary.
- Prepare and execute pay orders either for any extra payments during the month or for the resignation.
- Send payment statements to the staff
- Solve issues and answer questions regarding payroll from employees and management.
- Prepare reports for upper management and finance department etc.
- Maintain and update payroll system as per business needs
- Extract the attendance report for the internal staff and all projects
- Responsible for calculation all the resignation settlement for all projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is a must
- 2-4 years of experience in the same position
- Good in English
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
- Paying attention to details
Working conditions
- Working days :5 days
- Days off: 2 days off (as per business need)
- Working hour: 8:30-9:30 to 4:30-5:00
- Work location in Sheraton Heliopolis
