Job Description
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
- Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
- Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial data.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all accounting transactions.
- Supervise the general ledger staff to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Monitors revenue and expenses while coordinating collection, consolidation and review of all financial data.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports on expenditures and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Develops and implements the required processes and procedures to enhance the workflow and productivity of the department
- Regulates internal controls to maintain financial security.
- Protects company’s privacy, integrity and value by keeping information confidential.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ Year of experience in accounting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
