Job Description

Responsibilities & Authorities:

  • Handling Airline & Hotels reservations
  • Arranging meeting for the management with the customers.
  • Typing all the needed work for the office employees.
  • Handling purchase orders & work orders process.
  • Stationary Handling for the office & the Workshop.
  • Responsible for using the copying machine and Handling its maintenance if any problem occurred.
  • Receiving all the phone calls and handling messages left to the office.
  • Receiving Vendors Invoices.
  • Supervising office boys, drivers & messengers.
  • Apply and maintain all HSE standards and regulations

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BSc Degree
  • Fluent English, another Language is a plus
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Well-presented, Organized, Team player, creative, active & dynamic.
  • Minimum 1 year Experience in similar position
