Job Description
Job Objective: To coordinate the provision of various sales functions on assigned clients and targets, to follow up on client’s registration & to ensure Seaharvest is invited in all related tenders or RFQs. The position holder must carry out periodic visits to all clients varying from drilling contractors, operating oil companies & service companies.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure Seaharvest is registered in all prospective clients.
- Periodic sales visits to clients offices.
- Follow up to make sure pricing are within market range.
- To gather market intelligence to ensure competitiveness.
- Build up client data base.
- Build up competitors data base.
- Submit a periodic report of opportunities including (open opportunities – win/loss opportunities)
- Ensure positive contribution for budget planning and review.
- Help with any tasks related to PSS department assigned to job holder by GM.
- Open new market with new clients.
- Maintain current client satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators:
- HSE performance against industry standards.
- Operational and engineering integrity.
- Operational performance bench-marked against international standards.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Financial management – delivery of integrated work programmes within approved budgets.
- Personnel level compliance with competency targets.

- PSS GM and PSS staff.

- All current and potential clients.
Job Requirements
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bsc Engineering or Equivalent
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years related experience in O&G.
- 2 years related experience in Sales.
