- Implements and supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Perform business analysis activities.
- (Design)Implements business and user requirements.
- Customize reports using various reporting tools.
- Participates in pre-sales activities as presenting demos and writing proposals.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline.
- 5+ years professional experience in equivalent position.
- Mastering of CRM concept & business know-how.
- Mastering of D365 Customer Engagement Installation and Administration is a must.
- Mastering of D365 Customer Engagement Development and Customization is a must.
- HTML, JavaScript, and ASP.Net C# basic knowledge is required.
- Mastering IIS and Microsoft SQL administration (is required).
