Job Description
- Periodic review of warehouse balances that have reached the maximum or the minimum level, in order to alert the stores to make a replacement of the balances up to date.
- Ensure that the original contracting orders are reviewed with the exchange order for complete products.
- Set maps to mark storage areas to facilitate obtaining items from inside warehouses and ensure the implementation of their instructions.
- Recruiting and training of staff, monitor the performance and progress of staff;
- Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
- Assure full adherence to internal control practices related to stock take and movement recording, revenue recognition and deviations management with no deviation
- Set the proper mechanism and manage the flow of empty pallets movement within the different locations including the customer warehouses
- Manage products overprinting activity in full within the warehouse premises including materials, labors and cost.
- Order materials and spare parts required for printing operation, manage the overall cost and assure it is in line with the annual set rates.
