Job Description
- Deploy sales activity plans with key operators with the use of the company available sales tools
- Lead the negotiations with potential operators within company’s policies & budget and monitor their performance & compliance to take corrective action where appropriate.
- Unlock annual agreements with potential customers for the company strategic categories
- Ensure appropriate/ frequent contact with key stake holders in each customer are being carried out as per the contact matrix
- Conduct frequent kitchen demonstrations to key operators to generate incremental business
Free Trade Expansion
- Agree on a joint business plans with assigned distributors that delivers the company strategic objectives
- Set clear performance expectations for distributor sales force to achieve growth of strategic categories in line with profit guidelines
- Execute free trade plans to increase reach & penetration within designated distributors.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG
- Strong negotiation & presentation skills.
- Ability to develop win-win solutions
- University graduate (Business Major is a plus)
- English / Arabic is essential
