Job Description
- Business Development Executive is responsible for planning and implementing the business development strategy and activities, responsible for using a big and extensive business network in sourcing leads and turning them to clients reaching required quota.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with BD in department strategies, and team KPIs.
- Open new Markets according to accreditation scopes.
- Plan and map for Tabseer revenue increasing.
- Demonstrated success in building, elevating and nurturing relationships resulting in increased revenue growth.
- Monitor and lead Marketing and sales teams to achieve growth objectives and enhance overall performance.
- Assign new leads to the team as required
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with strategic and key accounts.
- Ensure personal and team achievement of monthly target, aligning with department policies and strategies
- Prepare and deliver presentations of key accounts
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the same field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Very strong managerial tactics of coaching and feedback, with strong attention to people development, identifying talent and delegation for career progress.
- Solid proven record of sales targets achievements
- High-level strategic planning skills.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver aggressive sales targets
