Job Description
- Provide detailed professional planning for projects activities, with budget and resource allocation
- Monitor & control projects schedules, budget and risks
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to fulfill plans and meet deadlines.
- Provide reports for planned effort per project, and per resource, taking into account resources vacations, holidays or trainings
- Conduct daily five minutes meeting with project team
- Provide professional reports / or presentations to represent the project status and scopes, internally and externally
- Conduct, Attend, and manage customer meetings and take meeting minutes
- Negotiate deadlines, budget, and effort estimations with customer and stakeholders
- Respond to quality audit, compliance findings, and project reviews.
- Ensure the Configuration Management and the Change Control of the Software product.
- Drive on-time completion of all project deliverable, from Inception phase to project’s closure
- Declare the project status and escalate issues.
- Successfully Close the project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering OR Computer Science or Equivalent.
- PMP Certification in good standing is a must.
- Previous experience with Information Technology field is a must.
- Experience with Governmental Projects is preferred
- Fluent in English.
- 4 to 6 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
- Flexibility in managing customer expectations and adapting communication style as needed.
- Good communicator at all levels of organization (written and verbal).
- Self-sufficient, results-driven, and detail-oriented with strategic mindset.
- Analytical approach to solving problems.
