Job Description

  • Responsible for travel arrangements
  • Arranging transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
  • Finding combination deals that save money and lead to a smooth travel experience
  • Follow up the documents process and visa
  • Coordinating with travelers and maintain a good relation with them
  • Deal with occurring travel changes, complaints or refunds
  • Good communication skills via telephone, emails or one to one meeting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Holders
  • Good knowledge with all airline systems like Amadeus and Galileo
  • Good level of knowledge about various destinations all over Egypt and the globe to assist in compiling and creating comprehensive roots for customers.
  • Ability to communicate, search and negotiate overseas and internal agents and operators’ flights.
  • Minimum 3 years’ Experience in the field of Tourism
  • Selling skills & techniques oriented
  • Customer service oriented
  • Easily and quickly identify and resolve problems.
  • Good knowledge with computers including Internet browsing, emails, word & Excel.
  • Good command of English language spoken and written; any extra languages are preferable.
  • Male - Female.
