Job Description
- Responsible for travel arrangements
- Arranging transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
- Finding combination deals that save money and lead to a smooth travel experience
- Follow up the documents process and visa
- Coordinating with travelers and maintain a good relation with them
- Deal with occurring travel changes, complaints or refunds
- Good communication skills via telephone, emails or one to one meeting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Holders
- Good knowledge with all airline systems like Amadeus and Galileo
- Good level of knowledge about various destinations all over Egypt and the globe to assist in compiling and creating comprehensive roots for customers.
- Ability to communicate, search and negotiate overseas and internal agents and operators’ flights.
- Minimum 3 years’ Experience in the field of Tourism
- Selling skills & techniques oriented
- Customer service oriented
- Easily and quickly identify and resolve problems.
- Good knowledge with computers including Internet browsing, emails, word & Excel.
- Good command of English language spoken and written; any extra languages are preferable.
- Male - Female.
