Job Description

  • Screens calls to Principal and Assistant Principal to assure that they are routed appropriately.
  • Translate both written and spoken English and Arabic in emails, or meetings.
  • Schedules all appointments and meetings for the Principal.
  • Supports the HR Department in recruitment, medical insurance, and HR System data entry.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Experience in Executive Secretary or office management positions
  • Experience with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail and Google Calendar.
