Job Description
- Screens calls to Principal and Assistant Principal to assure that they are routed appropriately.
- Translate both written and spoken English and Arabic in emails, or meetings.
- Schedules all appointments and meetings for the Principal.
- Supports the HR Department in recruitment, medical insurance, and HR System data entry.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Experience in Executive Secretary or office management positions
- Experience with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail and Google Calendar.
