Job Description

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
  • Prepare Sales Reports.
  • Following the management strategy and instructions.
  • Following up with the sales agents for achieving targets.
  • Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team.
  • Supervise, Evaluate, and Report on sales staff.
  • As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales team and take steps to correct performance.
  • Monitor and guide agents towards the company’s goals and objectives

Job Requirements

  • Males only
  • Working experience in real estate sales
  • Excellent Communication skill
  • Excellent English
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • High salary plus commission
  • 4 years experience in REAL ESTATE (a MUST)
