Job Description
- Review current structure, check vacancies and related issues to create action plans to cover the gaps.
- Screen CVs sent from sourcing, conduct phone interview and set HR/Technical interview appointment with the qualified candidates “All over Egypt”.
- Analyze performance, behavior and conduct investigations if needed upon the situation or events.
- Share in building the annual performance appraisal system [select proper method – set the evaluation aspects – give orientation to HOD and delegated evaporators on how to implement the appraisal system] that reflects on employees increase and recommended training.
- Perform Job analysis and Update job description.
- Participate in salary surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Provide support to HR team in projects assigned by HR manager or working on cross functional project teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- HR Certificate is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR ( 1 year as a HR Generalist )
- Previous experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
- Good commend of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent of Microsoft office capabilities
