Job Description
We are hiring for the booming Stylish Eve Magazine, with more than 25 Million followers in US, UK and all over the world, a super enthusiastic and creative Social Media Moderator!
- You will engage personally via company platforms to enhance the overall image of the company through direct personal engagement with the customers
- Write catchy captions on our posts in all platforms to increase engagement and reach
- This person will also assist with planning and execution of Social Media Campaigns, including content development , Community Management and Moderation of Comments & Inquiries
- Serve in the day-to-day engagement and conversation for all our social media including Facebook, Youtube and Instagram
- Communicate with customers and Establish a strong relationship of trust by professionally answering customer inquiries and settling disputes through various channels (Facebook, Instagram,YouTube, etc.)
- Assist with the planning and execution of Social Media Campaigns, including content development
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, client-facing reports that lead to optimization
- Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding brands and report effectively in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Fluent English level/ almost Native is a must
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (Night and Overnight)
- Knows how to deal with the different social media channels
- Has 2+ years of experience in social media marketing is a plus
- Knowledge of lifestyle videos such as: fashion, diy's, pets, babies, food hacks is a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational and communication skills
- Willing to learn and enhance ideas
- Willing to run market researches and conclude results
- Understanding of social media marketing techniques
- Proactive and energetic
