Job Description

  • Develop and manage existing and new customers in GPON & structured cabling industry.
  • Generate and execute sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities.
  • Work closely with large, strategic and prospective system integrators, contractors & end users to respond to their proposals and RFPs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services and present our service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
  • Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
  • Working with customers & system integrators, to identify and point their network infrastructure requirements.
  • Preparing the technical proposals based on the designs, layouts, technical specs & BOQ's.
  • Communicate with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
  • Engaging with consultants during tender specifications preparation stages.
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Manage and coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and workers at client sites to ensure installation completion.
  • Preparing and presenting the technical presentations to promote structured cabling solutions and services.
  • Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues and collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Job Requirements

  • Proven minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales preferred in the same field
  • Own a car
  • Have good B2B relationships network in real estate, banks, and other related fields
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in Computing, engineering or technology.
  • Good English is a must.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office is a must (Outlook, Excel, Word, PP, Visio…)
  • A high degree of self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive, confident and determined approach
