Job Description

The Sr. Recruitment Specialist. Role is to carry out and coordinate the implementation of all HR action plan including personnel, recruitment, training, communication tools, policies & procedures, employee services and other HR activities as per requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with personnel department in recruitment process assures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
  • Help in maintaining and conceptualization of policies and procedures that complies with company working environment and labor law.
  • Assist in handling employee's grievances and analyze them for reaching the proper corrective actions from various channels; HR help desk phone, employee feedback e-mail and written letters.
  • Coordinate and follow up all new comers / applicants resume, application status and interviews date, time & schedules agenda.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR information and/or data.
  • Assists in HR projects ... etc.
  • Reviewing, Update and Maintain the candidates, employee’s records and data base and do the daily reports update as required.
  • Conducting Phone Interviews, Initial CV’s screening & filtering.
  • Confer with outlet managers their daily transfer/change of status issues to obtain the required HR approvals considering the budgeted headcount.
  • Coordinating the exit interviews cycle and obtaining its files and record to update our references.
  • Assisting in conducting & maintaining a reference check phones and records.
  • Responsible of coordinating the overall interviewing cycle with all concerned parties in the company.
  • Screening website CV’s and maintaining an updated tracking record and company CV bank.
  • Assist in contacting and follow up all recruitment agencies the company dealing with (blue collar-white collar) agencies.
  • Participate in all company planned and organized employment fairs.
  • Participate in and Following up all related activities concerning Manpower Planning.

Job Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of Business Administration or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Minimum of (3) years of job-related experience, preferably in a human resource department.
  • High computer literacy and proficiency.
  • High communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Decision maker and problem solver
