Job Description
- To carry out the daily and weekly timetables to achieve the company's sales goals.
- Implementing the annual sales plan
- Communicate with shipping lines, transport contractors and clearing agent to obtain the best prices and prepare offers, price tables and discount rates for clients in proportion to the markets.
- Continual communication and coordination with the internal departments (operations and accounts) when opening a shipment file for the customer, reviewing the bills and permanently closing the file.
- Contacting customers, following up and answering all inquiries until sales goals are achieved.
- Follow up on customer complaints and prepare a timetable for solving them.
- Coordination of service to the customer and solving all problems to reach the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Submit a weekly report to the line manager to explain what has been achieved.
Quarterly tasks:
- Achieving the sales targets collected every three months, and at the end of the year the extent of achieving the collected sales targets is measured.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Experience: Minimum from 1-3 years
Knowledge/skills:
- Knowledge of the principles and methods of offering, promoting, and selling services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
- Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
- Obtaining training courses or workshops in business development, an accredited specialist in marketing and sales workshop, an effective sales skills workshop (tools and technologies), a customer service workshop (customer loyalty and satisfaction)
- Computer skills proficiency is good
- Languages: Proficiency in English is preferred.
