Job Description

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about all services in hand and handle administration tasks.
  • Make telephone calls to existing customers on a regular pre-defined call cycle to secure new business.
  • Act as a laison with customers’ main contact.
  • Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing the attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers
  • Complete daily and weekly reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 0-2 Years of Experience in Administration.
  • Female Gender
  • Knowledge of office management systems
  • Very Good in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Very Good time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in the English Language
