Job Description
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about all services in hand and handle administration tasks.
- Make telephone calls to existing customers on a regular pre-defined call cycle to secure new business.
- Act as a laison with customers’ main contact.
- Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing the attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
- Manage a portfolio of customers
- Complete daily and weekly reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 0-2 Years of Experience in Administration.
- Female Gender
- Knowledge of office management systems
- Very Good in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Very Good time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in the English Language
