Job Description
- Overall tenders and RFP’s management from initiation to closure/submittal including budgeting, resource, and documentations.
- Full responsibilities for Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department
- Provides coaching and professional development to team members, design associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
- Scrutiny and evaluate the RFP’s and tender documents, such as drawings and specifications, to accurately determine the scope of projects to include all required materials, labor, and submittals as necessary to quote pricing.
- Responsible to provide the applicable system design shop drawing as part of the submittal.
- Reasonable to prepare, review and provides the detailed Bill of Quantity, including the materials resources i.e. brand, model and vendor, manpower involvements estimation and expected execution period.
- Responsible to review and provide the compliance statement.
Job Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office applications and English Language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress
- Males preferred.
