Job Description
- Plan and organize the workshop and job orders to achieve required goals.
- Develop the organization structure for the workshop team.
- Manage and lead the workforce to keep harmony and efficiency.
- Supporting diagnosis and identifying the malfunctions & the technical errors in the equipment and test it if necessary before proceeding with maintenance.
- Follow up requesting the appropriate spare parts according to the required maintenance
- Ensures that the technicians receive the appropriate spare parts and installing them in the equipment
- Develop the systems required to:
- Distribute the jobs to the technical team according to their skills, and the workflow required to achieve balance and fairness within the unit.
- Executes maintenance jobs in the minimum time.
- Ensures the execution of maintenance jobs accurately.
- Implement all jobs safely.
- Handling spare parts both OK, and scrap one.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- More than 10 year experience in maintenance, including at least 3 years as a workshop manager.
- Experience in maintenance of Heavy equipment including Concrete Pumps, Mixer Trucks, Loaders, and Electricity Generators is a must.
- Age: not more than 45 years.
