Job Description
- Reporting to the MEP/ELV Director, Responsible for handling Site & Proposal activities and Technical support for the running projects, including providing designs and/or recommended solutions, fulfilling all technical support needs to sales and operations team along with suggested pricing based on the price list of the suppliers and expected competition.
- Implementing project systems of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Scada systems, and others.
- Contribute in planning projects in cooperation with executive directors and project managers.
- Review MEPs drawings, specifications, project design drawings, and project documentation. In addition to the Preparations of submittals (catalogs, samples, compliance sheets, etc.).
- Responsible for solving MEP disputes between the company and owner.
- Experience in Cost estimation, tendering, and design of electromechanical systems. Must be ready to work heavily in cost estimation and offer submittals.
- Providing clients with technical support, Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least experience of 10-12 years in a similar project management role.
- Experience in implementing electromechanical projects is a must.
- English language fluency, writing, and speaking
- Good knowledge in Primavera cost control.
- PMP Certification
- Proficiency in the use of diagrammatic software tools (such as AutoCAD, Visio, etc.).
- Prior field installation and testing experience is a must technical background (Engineering).
- Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica, or similar).
- Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView, etc).
- Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, etc.
