Job Description
- Lead the preparation of the marketing budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.
- Leads the Group Marketing strategy.
- Oversees the development phase of the marketing plan for the group products in accordance with the formulated group strategy
- Leads in setting the sales forecast and financials of the group products.
- Overseeing Group social media marketing strategy.
- Lead Market research activities with external agencies.
- Identify Potential customers and lead competitors research analysis.
- Lead all the Group product marketing activities that supports the products, vision, product, to achieve the overall goals of the company.
- Managing different external partners to deliver the best product-fit strategies and most cost effective services to the company.
- Leads, Engages, involves, and inspires the different functions in the organization towards understanding the Group product’s equity.
- Participate in Internal and External exhibitions as budgeted.
- Strategically responsible to participate in maintaining a healthy product stream of all products’ innovations alongside R&D Team.
- Formulates the advertising activities for the group products- ensuring group product positioning is maintained.
Job Requirements
Academic and professional qualifications:
- College Degree – Preferably (but not restricted to) management degrees.
- MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience- in industrial multinational organizations ( B2B mainly).
- Solid track record in product launch/s & product positioning strategies.
- Senior Management role in similar industry for at least 5+years( Marketing Focus).
