Job Description
General Administrative Duties
- Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable formal reports.
- Monitor all commercial information in relation to project including labor, material and sub-contractor cost forecasting
- Supply all relevant information to the Projects Control Manager for review at the specified intervals set.
- Assist Projects Control Manager with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.
Technical Duties
- Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.
- Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence.
- Commercial vetting of sub-contractor tenders and contracts.
- Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
- Prepare all of quantity survey sheets according to final drawing its already approved for all projects.
- Prepare all of contractors and subcontractors invoices and revise it with execution section heads.
- Revise the quantity at the invoices with the bill of quantity for the projects if meet any changes.
- Review and revise the contractors and subcontractors invoices with finance department.
- Review with finance department payable sheets for the contractors and subcontractors.
Job Requirements
Minimum Required Education
- Bachelor in Engineering or a Related field
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in Arabic and English language.
Minimum Required Professional Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field experience.
