Job Description
- Leading the process of preparing BIM projects for producing the project drawings in the required stage and needed LOD 350.
- Preparing and presenting design proposals
- Producing permits , schematic detailed drawings
- Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
- Coordinating the work with other disciplines.
- Making site visits to check on progress
- Dealing with problems that might come up during construction (Technical Office Support).
Job Requirements
Experience:
- From 8 to 12 years of Experience in working & Construction or related field.
- Strong management skills for leading small and large teams.
- Presentation skills are preferable.
- Solid experience in architecture and interior design projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality and administrative sectors.
- Able to present his/her ideas and deal with project owners and clients.
- Proven experience of team management.
