Resolve problems within Microsoft office (outlook, excel, etc.).
Work with Active Directory to build user network profiles, reset passwords, unlock accounts, etc.
Install, repaired and setup computer peripherals
Administer repairs, upgrades and completed configuration of PC's and related peripherals
Use troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair PCs and Laptops
Perform software installations and regularly scheduled updates
Support and maintain printers
Create and detail trouble tickets and enter them into a database and correctly refer them to the appropriate team members.

Requirements:

BS degree in the field of computer science and/or 1 year equivalent work experience
Certifications include MCP, A+, Network +, CCNA knowledge
Knowledge of computer hardware including PC peripherals, and printers
Researching problems to resolve issues
Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows 10.
Extensive application support experience with Microsoft Office, Web enabled applications, Intuit
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language and retain information quickly
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work night shifts or morning shifts
Exceptional customer service orientation
