Job Description
- Resolve problems within Microsoft office (outlook, excel, etc.).
- Work with Active Directory to build user network profiles, reset passwords, unlock accounts, etc.
- Install, repaired and setup computer peripherals
- Administer repairs, upgrades and completed configuration of PC's and related peripherals
- Use troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair PCs and Laptops
- Perform software installations and regularly scheduled updates
- Support and maintain printers
- Create and detail trouble tickets and enter them into a database and correctly refer them to the appropriate team members.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- BS degree in the field of computer science and/or 1 year equivalent work experience
- Certifications include MCP, A+, Network +, CCNA knowledge
- Knowledge of computer hardware including PC peripherals, and printers
- Researching problems to resolve issues
- Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows 10.
- Extensive application support experience with Microsoft Office, Web enabled applications, Intuit
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language and retain information quickly
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work night shifts or morning shifts
- Exceptional customer service orientation
