Job Description

  • Client Management in terms of post-sales activities including but not limited to training, setup management and support.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues and problems faced by customers.
  • Respond to requests and incidents by phone, email, help desk tickets, occasional on-site visits, or remote-control sessions.
  • Ensure that customer needs are being met through timely follow-through and provide a high-quality of customer experience through a professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate with internal analysis, development and testing team regarding client issues and change requests.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of product modules and domain knowledge.
  • Supporting the team on new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Software Solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Proven ability to communicate with customers to diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work under time constraints.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Experience with Hotel Management Systems or ERPs is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel inside and outside Egypt.
  • Bachelor degree in Information systems or any relevant discipline.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic and codes.
