Job Description
- Handle problems and issues.
- Write, adjust and maintain office procedures.
- Follow up achieving the determined targets which assigned to managers.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure and maintain records and files.
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings and other meetings.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Provide general support to visitors.
Job Requirements
In addition to all soft skills required for a CEO executive secretary, we hope to have the following criteria:
- Proven at least 3 years of experience as an executive secretary for a reputable company.
- Business Administration degree or relative field (GUC, BUE, AUC, MIU).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills If you are ready to have a new challenge.
