Job Description

  • Handle problems and issues.
  • Write, adjust and maintain office procedures.
  • Follow up achieving the determined targets which assigned to managers.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure and maintain records and files.
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings and other meetings.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • Provide general support to visitors.

Job Requirements

In addition to all soft skills required for a CEO executive secretary, we hope to have the following criteria:

  • Proven at least 3 years of experience as an executive secretary for a reputable company.
  • Business Administration degree or relative field (GUC, BUE, AUC, MIU).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent time management skills If you are ready to have a new challenge.
