Job Description
- Answer incoming calls "reservations, confirmations, complaints and questions".
- Maintain knowledge of the new items in our menus, events, and hours of operation.
- Assist at night as Front Office/Reservations.
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their table.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience, F&B industry is a plus
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- A very command of English
