Job Description
The Office Manager will be responsible for the management of the Swift Egypt Head office.
- The candidate will develop, coordinate and manage the office reception, administration and procedures to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and safety and to enable an optimal work environment.
- This is a fast paced, high visibility role, requiring the candidate to work with senior leaders inside and outside of the company, and to present himself/herself in a professional manner at all times.
- The Office Manager must have excellent administrative, coordination, and communication skills, and be able to build strong and effective stakeholder relationships to administratively drive activities, events, and initiatives.
- The Office Manager should have a track record of proactively taking initiative, as appropriate, as well as the ability to prioritize and wear multiple hats with ease.
