Job Description
- Report all the Aviation, Travel VISA, and Hotel reservation progress and statistics regularly to the management board.
- Investigate, solve and report all Aviation, Travel VISA, and Hotel reservation problems.
- Work collaboratively with all departments and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement.
- Monitor and develop the workflow of the operation department three dimensions (Aviation, Travel VISA, Hotel reservation).
- Building strong working relationships with the department's employees to create a work environment conducive to production through providing the appropriate couching, and development plan.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience in the tourism field is a must especially (Aviation, Travel VISA, Hotel reservation)
- Very good or Excellent English level (Speaking, writing, listening)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, and nonverbal)
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
