- Ensures accuracy and promptness of life claim decisions
- Ensure TPA claims are audited as per company's guidelines
- Manage the Claims pipeline within agreed SLA's
- Ensure Life Claims, Business Intelligence and Medical Units are exchanging knowledge and aligned to support the business
- Evaluate employees' job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action.etc
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience : 7+ years
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Dual keyboard skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
