Job Description
Main Duties:
- Assist in the processing of online purchases quickly and while providing superior service to customer.
- Assist with returns and the RMA process as needed.
- Ensure digital design is optimized for branding, impact, SEO, web development, etc.
- Identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products, and service to online campaigns.
- Conduct landing page and e-mail campaign test.
- Analyze and report on customer behavior insights.
- Manage the company website.
- Assist with create the sales plans according to e-commerce marketing plan.
- Follow up on a daily basses all sales activities through platform.
- Upload all product pictures and technical specs.
- Update marketing team with customer's feedback.
- Ensure integrity of the website through faultless accuracy of price and product information (live feeds and static) and for timely and accurate uploading of offers, late deals and product updates.
- Implement and report on seasonal campaigns which are measurable, on message and in line with brand guidelines, budgets and campaigns.
- Implementation of latest SEO best practice reporting on ROI.
- Liaise closely with Sales Manager to ensure optimum timing and compilation of results.
Job Requirements
