Job Description
- To provide expert advice on Joint Ventures and other partnership arrangements, and be capable of drafting all relevant documentation.
- To conduct and conclude contractual negotiations on behalf of The Company.
- To maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- To protect the company interests, by ensuring all necessary checks and investigations are undertaken (e.g. undertaking all necessary due diligence/disclosure exercises as appropriate).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Valid syndicate license
- 5-7 years of experience in the same field
- Strong commercial law experience
- Very good command of the English language
- Excellent drafting skills
