Job Description
Marketing Coordinator's main responsibilities include :
- Publishing the company’s Ads on all different marketing platforms and monitoring each platform indicators (property finder, OLX, Aqarmap, Facebook page, website and Facebook groups )
- Interfacing with all our marketing channels and responding to clients inquires either they were received through phone calls, whats app, Facebook page, sms.
- Logging the potential leads on the CRM and distribute them on the sales team.
- Summarizing the existing projects and update their required data on the CRM
- Adding the properties owners and their units' data on the CRM and following up with them from time to another to update units status
- Making random quality control calls to check the clients feedback, tracing the sales agents performance, knowing the winning or losing reasons.
- Sharing the required potential clients information with the developers.
- Preparing regular reports for the sales team.
Job Requirements
- It is highly preferable to have basic background about real estate current projects and developers.
- Good English and Excellent computer and office skills are must.
- Previous experience in dealing with CRM, Websites and Call Center systems is a plus.
- Should have the ability to interact with the people effectively.
- Should be an organized and committed person.
- Excellent Time management.
