Job Description

General Responsibilities:

  • Set HR department strategy and action plans that ensure compliance with corporate strategy.
  • Updating hierarchy and job descriptions across all levels and conflict resolution.
  • Preparing and updating “employee handbook” and “Policies & procedures manual”.
  • Implement a Training plan (Training needs analysis, design, budget, Schedules, Evaluations).
  • Implement Appraisal System.
  • Preparing engagement strategy and managing the implementation.
  • Preparing and achieving Manpower plan depends on priorities and budgets.
  • Updating Salary and compensation structures, benefits packages and incentives.
  • Supervise all administrative support teams
  • Supervise administrative Budget and
  • Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains clean, safe,secure, and well maintained.
  • Any Other duties required from the Management

Periodically Reports

  • Yearly HR Budget.
  • Monthly HR action Plan.
  • Monthly Appraisal Reports.
  • Monthly Metrics Report.
  • Monthly Achievement Report of recruitment needs.
  • Periodical Training needs analysis.
  • Yearly Manpower plan and Impact.
  • Monthly Administrations Requirements and budget Report.

Job Requirements

  • University bachelor’s degree in administration from a reputable institution.
  • Has over all 10+ years of experience
  • Has 2-3 years’ experience as HR and Admin Manager
  • Having an international certificate ( HRM Diploma, MBA…etc.) is an advantage.
  • Possess excellent computer skills and acquaintance
  • Possess high reporting skills.
  • Very good oral and written English and Arabic is a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
